The Boulder River is a classic western stream, quick moving and full of pocket water. It's perfect habitat for eager trout on both dry fly and nymph. Aptly named this river is wadable for the angler with steady balance and good wading skills or floatable by raft. For many of our guests fortunate enough to fish this river it has been described as half whitewater trip half fishing trip. With the fast moving water and beautiful surrounding it is alway a guest favorite. The Boulder River is typically floatable for about 3 weeks during early July and wadable during the latter part of the summer. |
