Josh's number one goal is to serve our guests. He's an exceptional chef with a passion for great food, presentation and service.
Josh comes to us from the New England Culinary Institute where he received his A.O.S. in Culinary Arts. He has a long and distinguished list of accomplishments that he continues to build at YVR.
2008 will be Josh's third season at YVR. Our return guests know that no matter what the fishing conditions are a world-class dining experience awaits them every night. We are very pleased to have Josh on board. We know you will be delighted by his creativity, consistency, and culinary talent.
